800 Kilometers (400 to go and the same to come = Itapeví-São Paulo to Carlópilis-Paraná)
My bike today (purchase in May 2007) over 20.700 Kilometers in odometer.
Maintenance only oils and filters (the trasmission chain is the same since a bike purchase, lub at 500km or a storms/rains...

in koster, we had ride for 1500 km.
from jakarta - pekan baru, we spent 3 day and night to get pekan baru....
my bike was purchased in the last 2004 over 70.000 Kilometers in odometer
but my friends bike is over the limit until the counter was back to zero again...
he already touring to almost places in indonesia....

EN 125 is a good bike for long tours, remembering this is my first long ride (800Km)
The consumption of gasoline has been good, with an average of 33Km per litre.

I Thinking in the seat modifications, for more confortable tours, but the price for this mods im my country is too much for my little pocket...

It's pity knowing that the price for seat modification is too expensive in ur country (brazil).
Here in indonesia, since the selling market for motorcycles especially for suzuki EN 125 has been great in demand, consequently the price for variations & modifications are relatively reachable for all segments......
for instance, the price for my seat modification is around IDR300,000..for comparison, such amount of money is still below the price of small AM-FM radio tape.

Anyway....looking at your pics, I see a very beatiful scenary and nature og Brazil Country...

please get your bikers fellows out there to also join this forum brother....

In Brasil (for comparision) the price for this modifications (seats more comfortables) in out local money (Brazilian Real) it´s R$250,00 (125 USD = United State Dollars).
Here, with 125USD, purchases one DVD player for home on the home hardware stores.

Here (Brasil) Suzuki it´s no official distribuitor for our bikes, but one partner the name was J.Toledo Suzuki Motos do Brasil.

70,000 Km without opening the engine (for maintenance)?

This is great to hear, because here in Brazil, as the majority only buying Honda or Yamaha (125cc) much distrust of any other brands other than those two.
I was thinking of grabbing another bike (for travel and longer) as the Hyosung Comet 250cc, but here in Brazil are sold very expensive (7,000 USD per versions of 250cc).

In last week, i change a engine oil (Yamalube) and the oil filter (24.000 Km in odometer righ now)...

What a time for exchanging oil and filter you make here in the 125cc?

but personally ( i don't know with the other brothers) i used to change my oil and do a little maintenance (cleaning carbu of air filter) once a month.
